![]() I do not know how to create new disk images on Windows. THIS FILE (20 MB) contains the KEGS emulator version 0.91 for Windows, the Apple IIgs ROM file (unaware which version it came from an install of the Mac-based emulator "Bernie II the Rescue"), a Universal Disk Image (.2MG) formatted hard drive image containing an installed GS-OS 6.0.1 and the Apple IIgs port of Wolfenstein 3D (freely available from ), and should you need them, the seven installation disks for GS-OS. Since I can't find the disks in a Windows-readable format, I've taken the guesswork out of it. ![]() SEA self-extracting archives, which can only be decrypted on a Mac (perhaps even only possible on a Mac OS 9 machine I forget if OS X can decrypt those!). And while Apple does offer said OS disks (seven of them!) for free download, they are archived in. There are Apple IIgs emulators for Windows, and they do work quite nicely, HOWEVER, many things cannot be done on the IIgs without having installed Apple's GS-OS operating system. Alright - Windows users, Apple IIgs emulation is no longer an insurmountable obstacle.
